Friday Confessional 05.06

Photobucket

Being the (wannabe) gangsta that I am...I've had some brushes with the law lately.

I'm here to confess.

I confess that while out running errands for the office the other day I was feeling a little spunky.  The sun was shining.  I was wearing some CA-ute new sandles.  Warren G was pumpin' through my speakers.  loudly.  I had my window rolled down and I was sitting at the stop light.  There was a cop sitting in the QT parking lot across from me and I looked at him and did this...

I confess that as I pulled away from the stop light I kinda expected him to pull out behind me and pull me over, but he didn't.

I confess that I WAS pulled over the other day for driving like a Cullen.  87 in a 75.  That's not so bad, right?  AND my tag was expired.  Ooops.  I didn't know.  I'm serious.  He let me go with a warning.  Whew.

What do you confess?  Hop on over to Mamarazzi's and link up...spill yer guts!  It makes for good bloggin'!

hahhaahhha oh MAN I'm shocked that you didn't get pulled over. I bet the cop got a good chuckle out of it.

Match told me that sometimes smiling and giving a head nod to a cop will give them reason to be suspicious and pull a person over. But generally that's if said person is also really shady and looks like they're smuggling drugs. I was shocked. I always feel the urge to wave to cops just in case they know Match. I'm a such a dork!

I"d like to confess that my husband has gotten THREE ticket's for expired tags...and they were in the GLOVEBOX all three times.

Can you say LAZY?

I confess I got my first speeding ticket ever last fall--38 in a 30 zone. The cop let me off with the minimum ticket, but still.

Hey Jenny-Cute post as always...BUT I'm really over here to ask you something else... My mom tends to like the books you like. She read Twilight because I told her she had to...Then I told her you liked the The Hunger games series, so she read it and loved them...Then I told her you read Water for Donkeys :) and she read it and loved it... SO is there another book or two that you liked that I could suggest to mom? Let me know, I'd appreciate it soooo much! Have a great Mom's day weekend, don't get pulled over!

LOL! That is too funny! I get scared stiff when a cop is behind me, or near me.

And it's because you are so darn sexy you got out of that ticket! For reals!

I think you intimidated the poor cop at QT. How could you?

Shawn said...

You are seriously too much!

I'm sure you made his day and I'm also sure your cute factor would have gotten you off for that one just like it did for having expired tags!

I really don't think 87 in a 75 is unreasonable. Seriously. But maybe it's cop karma coming back to get ya. :) He let you go with a warning because he thought you were HAWT!
Happy Day!

Hey, the only time I've ever gotten out of a ticket, it was because I cried. And it wasn't gentle tears, gracefully seeping down my fair cheek. We're talking snotty, snorting, and can't-talk-straight-as-I-sob crying.
