More Edward Sightings

I interrupt your regular broadcasting to bring you breaking news of MORE Edward sightings. That's right, Mr. Cullen himself (pocket size version) has been seen around town getting into the Christmas Spirit.

He's been seen trimming trees and hanging out with other mythical creatures...such as this lovely snowgirl...

Seems as though we were interrupting something here. What would Bella say? A new jingle is coming to mind..."I saw Edward kissing Snowgirl underneath the mistletoe last night..."

Here he is practicing his tree climbing skillz. He feels right at home in this lovely (fake) pine.

Edward believes in Santa. Why would he not? Vampires. Warewolves. Why not Santa? In this picture, he was venturing down into the stockings to see if Santa had made any early trips to leave some goodies. (Sorry, Eddie. All that is in those stockings is lint ball or two. Santa's helper needs to get busy!)

One goodie that Edward did find was not in the stockings, but it the mailbox! He found a SUPER FABULOUS New Moon tag from Jen @ Tatertots and Jello (THANK YOU Jen!!). I'm not sure he's too fond of the whole wolf pack logo, but he posed with it just for me.
He's so sweet like that...and chivalrous, kind, loving, strong...*sigh*...marble-like skin, pale, ice cold, sparkly, strong jawline, straight nose, full lips, bronze hair, topaz eyes, 6'2", slender but muscular body...like a mythical Greek god Adonis.

Oh, sorry. I just get a little side-tracked sometimes.

I still have a few Edward sightings that I'm working on (hot tub, shopping, serving breakfast to my mother, sleeping in my bed, chillin' in the snow, and hanging out with Flat Baloney).

Edward Sightings

I interrupt this broadcast to bring you breaking news...

There have been multiple sightings of Edward...well, Pocket Edward that is...around the local area.

Here he is spotted at a local Starbucks. The crowd overheard him saying "You are my life now...how many times do I have to tell you?? Now, please, just drink this Peppermint Mocha before it gets cold!"

On the same day, he was spotted hiding inside a Coach purse protecting the Black Friday ads.

Later in the day, he was cooling off with a nice glass of iced tea and doing a little table dance for the ladies. I know he looks a little stiff, but the boy has moves.
That evening, he was on the dash looking out for hi-pos...allowing us to drive like a Cullen.

I was having so much fun with Pocket Edward. My 17, 15, and 13 year old (girl) cousins were giggling non-stop. My mother was threatening to take me home..."right this instant!"...if I didn't put Pocket Edward away. I don't listen very well.

Is there somewhere you would like to see Pocket Edward? You tell me in my comments where you would like PE's picture taken and I will happily oblige and post them next week! Sound fun? I think so. =)

IT's HERE!! New Moon is HERE!!

I don't have to say TOMORROW...because in my mind it is TODAY @ 12:01 (am...Friday, but let's not get technical)...NEW MOON is here!!! WOOT!

I might pee my pants. I'm just that excited.

I just asked Jacob (over there <----) "Do you love me?" And he said, and I quote, "It's tough to tell. Sometimes you're a little strange. Oh, sweet innocent Jacob, you know me so well.Have you asked Jacob or Edward about what's on your mind today? Do it and tell me what answer they give you in my comments be cause I like to be entertained). If you do, I'll give you an entry (or an extra entry, if you're already entered) in my giveaway that ends tonight (OK, tomorrow at 12:01 am...but remember we're not getting technical). New Moon Countdown!!!!

It's here...the day has finally come...we can now countdown to New Moon in HOURS people! It's THAT close! Is anyone out there as excited as I am? OK, stupid question. I think if you were more excited than me, you would be committed. I just asked Edward (on the little box to the left <---) if HE was excited to see me in a mere 38 HOURS...you want to know what he said? And I quote, "Can't concentrate. Shall I explain how you are tempting me?" The feeling is mutual, Eddie.

Friday Confessions

I must confess...

• Edward and Jacob will be here, at my office, soon!! I ordered a life-size stand-up Edward and Jacob for my New Moon party. I'm so flippin' excited. I got an e-mail from Nordstrom today and they are shipped!





My Google Reader is overflowing. I am trying to make it around to everyone's blog, but I'm failing miserably. I follow sooooo many fabulous blogs with funny reads, great recipes, crafty crafts, and interesting stories...it takes so much time to read and comment on each one. Sometimes I read, but then run out of time to comment. ARGH! It's frustrating. I want to just delete everything in my Google Reader and start fresh. Anybody else been there?



My house is a complete disaster! I would be mortified if anyone besides me, Michael, or Isaiah stepped foot in the door. It's awful. I lean toward the side of being a neat-freak, so I'm not sure what has happened. I guess it's a combination of being overly busy and way too tired. Hopefully this weekend things will get put back in its place. A place for everything and everything in its place - that's the way I like things.



I've had a Pumpkin Spice White Mocha three days this week. I'm drawing the line.



I'm ridiculously excited that the New Moon soundtrack is out today!! (Downloading it as I type this blog) Also, have you seen the new People magazine? You should. It's fabulous. New Moon Collector's Edition! Go buy it, thank me later. :P I'm slightly obsessed with purchasing Twilight related magazines



I'm having a hard time describing the weather here today...there is this bright yellow orb in the sky...and no rain...it's strange, something I slightly remember from an earlier time, but haven't experienced recently. Suggestions? Anybody?

Tuesday Twilight Saga Update

45 DAYS! It's not long now...before we know it the countdown will be less than a month! Time goes by so fast! I've been sick for a few days and have been cooped up in the house with lots of time to watch Twilight and read Twilight stuff (and take lots of Twilight trivia on Facebook). Anytime I do that, it puts me right back into my little fantasty world, where the Cullens are. So, I woke up this morning wondering what the Cullens were up to today. Do you ever think that? They're so real to me...their lives must go on outside the pages of those four books.

Today is the release of the New Moon Illustrated Companion! It's available on Amazon.com for about $10!

One thing I wanted to say is that there are spoilers everywhere. I, for one, struggle with the idea of knowing and not knowing. Although I'm going to buy the Illustrated Movie Companion, I don't want to read specific details about the movie just yet. Know what I mean? I want that element of surprise and I want to experience it all for the first time at 12:00 on November 19th! It's much more exciting that way. So, just beware that there are New Moon spoilers surfacing and resist the urge to read them if you still want that element of surprise the night (or day) you go watch the movie.

There is a website where you can register for a FREE trip to see the premier of New Moon (on a new moon ;) in LA on November 16th! Go HERE to register. I have a feeling you might get some junk mail when you sign up for this though. There is some small print at the bottom that says "By submitting your information above, you will also receive special offers from selected third parties..." Just so you know.

Inside the covers of Interview Magazine are pictures and an interview (go figure) with KStewart. (It's the September 2009 Issue with Natalie Portman on the cover.)

I'm LOVING my copy of The Sexy Stars of Twilight: New Moon!

According to the quiz inside, I'm officially Switzerland. It told me that I am torn between the vamp and wolf. I've always thought of myself as an Edward girl, but apparently I have a soft spot for Jacob. Maybe I'm more like Bella than I thought.

Oh, and one last thing. Nordstrom has some FAB Twilight inspired makeup, including the Lip Venom that I had mentioned a couple of weeks ago...on sale in stores and on-line! I'm feeling a trip to the mall coming on. Who can say "birthday money"? :)

Speaking of birthday, THANK YOU ALL for the sweet birthday wishes, e-mails, and phone calls. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you'll ever know! Love you guys!

Tuesday Twilight Saga Update

So, we're just a little over 2 months away from the opening night of The Twilight Saga: New Moon!! I.CAN.NOT.WAIT. Seriously. I'm so excited. As a form of therapy for myself, an outlet per say, I will be doing a Twilight Saga update each Tuesday on any of the news I've heard or read and links when I can give them. Basically you'll get the 411 on all things Twilight. I'll do my best to reserve any Twilight tangents for Tuesdays (but I can't promise that they won't creep into Friday Confessions).

NEW New Moon Trailer - link fixed

Friday Confessions and my new office decor ;)

• Should I confess now or later that I've been falling asleep to Twilight (the movie) playing on my iPod?
• Along with that I should also confess that I've been listening to Twilight (the movie) on my way to work...not watching...ok, watching, but just every brief once in a while when I know Edward graces the screen....oooo, and that one scene at the end where Jacob shows up at the prom. Love that scene.
• I sent Melissa a care package b/c her kiddos have been sick with the Swine Flu. (that wasn't the confession) I took some tissue paper with me just in case I needed it as a filler in the box. After purchasing my care package items, I dumped them all in the Fed-Ex box. In my haste to get the package into the Fed-Ex drop before the deadline, I left the said tissue paper all folded up nice and neatly in the bottom of the box. I'm sure Melissa was like "thanks, Jen...tissue paper, just what we needed...are we supposed to blow our nose with this?"
• I let the ATM eat my debit card! Yep, I walked off and left my card in a machine and it ate it! I almost forgot how to write a check. I've been in awkward situations a few times already because of it. Like last night, I ran by the convenience store (who does NOT take checks) to purchase a bottle of water and some Mountain Dew for Michael. I realized I did not have a debit card or cash and had to make my purchase with quarters. (Man, those quarters have really saved me lately!) Mr. Habeeb (ok, I don't really know his name, but that seems fitting) seemed really appreciative. He said "o, thank you...we been short on change." Glad I could help, Mr. Habeeb. Glad I could help.
• I've made a few changes to my decor in my office...

Is it too...how do I put this...over the top? I really need your professional opinion...or maybe I should just see a professional...therapist, that is.

New Moon HOTTNESS!

I'm here today for the love of New Moon...and all it's yummy goodness. I don't really have time to be on Blogger...I should totally be punching some numbers and running reports, but these lovely photos captured my attention and I just couldn't NOT share them with all of my fellow Twilighters (Twihards, Twiholics...however you label yourself...you know who you are.)



Without further ado...

Let the love triangle unfold...it does make for a great story, doesn't it? I love Jacob for the fact that if his love for Bella (and her's for him) didn't exist, the Twilight Saga would have ended a lot sooner. So, thank you Jacob for loving Bella.

Once again, I would like to give thanks for Edward being so HOTT...however, I do not give thanks for this portion of New Moon. At this point in the book, I was ready to throw my copy of New Moon out of my bedroom window and make it my life's mission to make Stephenie's life as miserable as possible (but I totally don't feel that way now, of course...but at the time...well, you know what I mean.) Oh, but I am thankful for Edward and Bella's reunion in Italy and all of the Shirtless Rob pics floating around the internet...thank you for those!

This makes my heart melt...I'm going home to re-read New Moon...TONIGHT!

Thank you, Michelle! You're awesome! I love owning something that came from Forks! :) It will reside with the rest of my Twilight treasures in my office and every time I look at it I will think of you. :)

Flip Flop Fever!

How lucky am I???  Well, I'll tell you!  I am ONE lucky girl!  Yes, I am.  My Flip Flop Exchange came from THE one and only Texas Darling!  She has a fantastic blog!  She sent me the CUTEST pink sequined flip flops AND she thought enough of me to send me a TWILIGHT book FULL of 7 HOTT posters of my Edward (OME)!  Eeeeeeeeee!!!!  So exciting!  You know where these are going...yep, all over my office walls.  Everybody around here talks about me anyway, might as well give them some new things to discuss.☺  

(I'm thinking SNL skit 'Coffee Talk with Linda Richman'..."talk amongst yourselves".)

Where's Edward? (Edward Sightings)

This is not a post about a RPattz sighting...no, sorry. I wish. REALLY. Around here in Oklahoma, where the celebrity sightings are reserved for a few local country singers, we have to make our own fun and excitement. I have considered a road trip to Vancouver, but I couldn't convince my husband that it was a good place for a summer vacation. I've also mentioned Forks and that they are having some REALLY COOL baseball thingy. (I thought just mentioning "baseball" might get his attention...if only it were in Chicago.) No luck.

A couple of weekends ago, while hanging with the girls, I decided that it was time to pull pocket Edward out of his bubble package...it was a risky move...something could have happened to him. Ok, so something(S) did happen to him...I admit he was violated. It's true. However, he came back to his safe place (my office) in one piece. I'm sorry that I don't have more pictures for you, but I was sorta *in pain* while he made a few of his appearances (getting a tattoo) and having *a little too much fun* during his other appearances...therefore, most of the pictures of his appearances are on someone else's camera. Here are a few of the pics that I took on my phone...

Sweet Glory...oh, how I have waited for this...

I just had to post this and say that I am SOOOOOOO EXCITED! I could pee my pants. Now the anticipation really begins (ok, so I've been anticipating this since I finished reading New Moon...the first time).

How many times have you watched this trailer since last night...too many to count? Me too. I already can tell that the movie will portray the sadness and the deep dark zombie world that Bella falls into after Edwards departure. I don't know about you, but when I started reading New Moon the first time, I wanted to burn the book and write Stephenie Meyer hate mail for the rest of my life...perhaps make a trip to Arizona...stalk her house...throw bricks through the window with "WHY?!! WHY did you take my Edward away...WHY?!!!"...or something crazy like that. For me, Jacob was a bright spot in New Moon w/out Edward there and until Edward's return, Jacob made things interesting. Without Bella and Jacob's love issues, the books would have ended so much sooner and would not have been nearly as good. Even though I am an Edward girl all the way (Team Edward), I have a soft spot in my heart for Jacob (and his rock hard abs...ok, he's HOTT...is that a weird thing to say about a teenager...ok, I could probably go to jail for the thoughts I have.) Sometimes I think Team Switzerland doesn't sound too bad. When Jacob phases at the end of the trailer is my favorite part of the whole 1 minute and 48 seconds. I was worried about how real the phasing would be and I think they did a fantastic job, as far as I can tell. It's ridiculous how excited I am. Seriously. Breathe.

Short Christmas Post *(Longer one with more pics to follow☺)*

Our Christmas was wonderful. I hope yours was too. We spent it with family (and are still spending it with family). Look, I even got presents wrapped!

Besides the time off from work to spend with family, the following picture is my favorite gift this Christmas (well, except for my iPhone...this was my favorite least expected gift).

It is autographed by Bella (Kristen) and Edward (Rob). From my DH, if you can believe that...does he realize he's just fueling the fire?☺ (I♥Edward)

I'm a Twilighter

I know this isn't Friday, and just being Monday I shouldn't have many things to confess, but there is this one thing I needed to get off my chest...I'm a Twilighter.
